The Role:
This is a perfect opportunity for a technically strong, bilingual professional with experience to step into a role with significant impact.
You will be the crucial technical bridge between our innovative solutions and our key clients, developing your expertise in pre-sales engineering and strategic account management within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution Ownership: Take the lead in designing and presenting tailored technical solutions that address the specific telecom, network, and energy storage challenges of our Chinese enterprise clients.
- Client Engagement & Presentation: Conduct compelling technical demonstrations and presentations in both Mandarin Chinese and English, building trust and credibility with client teams.
- Project Support: Work alongside senior sales and account management teams to technically qualify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure the smooth onboarding and integration of our solutions.
- Develop Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of Vitalent's product suite, with a focus on enterprise networking and battery technology, to become a go-to expert for both clients and internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of solutions that win in the market.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong technical relationships with client contacts, laying the foundation for long-term partnership and account growth.
Who You Are (The Must-Haves):
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions/Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Implementation Consulting.
- Fluent (native or equivalent) in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential, with proven experience presenting complex information in both languages.
- A solid technical foundation in telecommunications and/or enterprise networking.
- A quick learner, eager to develop expertise in battery technology and energy storage systems.
- A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the Nordic countries.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Any prior knowledge or exposure to battery technology, materials, or energy storage systems (ESS) is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with international or Chinese corporations.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
