Your role and responsibilities

ABB Robotics Academy is responsible for creating, delivering and coordinating training for the Marketing & Sales and Service organization within Robotics globally. Our main training deliverables include Sales & Service readiness Packages, Service Certification Programs, Job Role Learning Paths, Global CourseWare for our worldwide Training Centers and ABB Simstructions® for our Field service engineers.

In the role of Global LMS (Learning Management System) Coordinator/Owner, you will join a self-driven and diverse team of highly skilled professionals where our climate is open and trusting. We offer you an exciting and international workplace, where you will be facing and taking responsibility for interesting and sometimes challenging tasks.

This role reports to Sales Enablement & Training Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Support in driving and leading the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of the LMS within Robotics globally.
• Work closely with the reference team to ensure the tool meets user’s needs.
• Communicate benefits and updates to stakeholders to foster buy-in.
• Standardize processes across global teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Implement automation where possible (e.g., reporting, notifications, learner pathways).
• Use data insights to drive continuous improvement in learning delivery and engagement.
• Train internal teams and champions on new tools and processes.
• Drive LMS adoption throughout Robotics.
• Build-up of LMS support function for Robotics globally.
• Coordinate all LMS resources within the team.

Your background

• Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise-level LMS platforms.
• Experience in building standardized processes within a global organization.
• Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders, you are highly experienced in creating presentations in PowerPoint and have previously worked in an international environment.
• Must be creative thinking, innovative and proactive and able to leverage new tools while having the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• You are a fast learner, capable of translating complex technologies into clear, engaging content. Strong written and spoken communication skills are key to your success, and you are fluent in English.
• Result-oriented person with a creative mindset and good social skills.
