About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Administration Coordinator to join HARALD PIHL and support the continued growth of our business in the French market.

This role plays a key part in our customer operations and supply chain activities. Working closely with Sales Managers, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality and Finance, you will help ensure that customer commitments are fulfilled on time and in full. By taking ownership of operational and administrative activities, you will enable our Area Sales Managers to focus on business development, customer relationships, and commercial growth.

The role combines customer coordination, supply chain management, logistics follow-up, and operational problem-solving, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the business and driving activities forward.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Managing customer orders from order entry through final delivery
• Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively managing order progress
• Coordinating communication regarding deliveries, delays, and corrective actions
• Managing call-off agreements, blanket orders, and customer inventory programs
• Coordinating operational activities between Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality and Finance
• Maintaining accurate data in our ERP systems
• Building strong operational relationships with customers and suppliers
• Driving continuous improvements within order management and supply chain processes
• Ensuring customer commitments are fulfilled on time and in full

As our business continues to grow, the role may evolve with additional responsibilities and development opportunities over time.

Who we're looking for

Required experience & knowledge

• Experience working in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations or Commercial Support
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Experience managing customer orders, deliveries, and operational follow-up
• Experience coordinating activities between multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Experience within Aerospace
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
• Valid driver's licence

Nice to have

• Experience within Defence or other highly regulated industries
• Experience managing call-off agreements, blanket orders, or consignment inventory
• Experience within metals, specialty materials, or industrial distribution
• Education within Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
